Where are your corporate housing units located?
We offer housing across the United States. We know that most people want to be within a 10-minute drive to and from their work and we are able to place people where they want to be. Please contact us and let us know your target location. We can most likely accommodate you.
What is included in the unit?
Each unit is created differently. We start with our guests’ preferences in mind, and turn it into something we feel would be a good fit. To see a sample list of included furnishings and housewares we have provided in the past, click here.
How much do the units cost per day?
Our rates depend on a variety of factors, including location and furnishings. We are able to accommodate various price points, and are always able to undercut our competitors’ rates.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum required stay is 30 days.
How is housekeeping handled?
During the Guests’ stay, housekeeping is an as-requested service. However, at a minimum, we ask our Guests to sign up for housekeeping service (~4 hours) to be completed every 2 weeks. The fee for this service is not included in the rate. Contact us for more info.
How is the billing handled?
We prefer to work with the company’s Finance Department to manage invoices and track payments. However, we are also able to work directly with individuals to handle payments.
Why can’t I see the available listings?
We will work with you to find the perfect housing option that meets and/or exceeds your expectations. By doing this, we ensure that you are only looking at listings that are customized to your personal preferences.
What is the software and is it an additional cost?
Our software is a free booking platform that helps Global Mobility Specialists and HR Professionals manage their corporate housing inventory and all of the reservations for it.
Will our information be secure on the booking platform?
Absolutely! Our booking platform is passcode-protected, ensuring that you will be the only one with access to your information.
