California Corporate Housing is a fresh and innovative corporate housing provider that meets the needs of the now generation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an executive assistant to join our fast-growing company and have unbelievable impact to our growth. We have a smart team with experience in interior design, digital marketing and operational execution of corporate housing. Now, we need to work closely with someone who can keep our office moving in the right direction.
This full-time role is available immediately and will be based in our headquarters in San Jose, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Founder/CEO in the day-to-day administrative operations of our company
- Help manage the inquiries, paperwork and payments related to the rentals of our corporate housing units
- Assist with planning and managing local events to drive brand awareness of our product and service
- Gather and communicate feedback from customers
- Execute impactful campaigns such as PR, Email and Social Media efforts
- Slowly build relationships with clients including corporations, relocation management companies, real estate brokerages, and insurance providers
- Occasionally assist with preparing corporate housing units for rent, including shopping for some furniture and housewares, assembling small furniture, and coordinating utilities (cable, Wi-Fi, electricity)
- When necessary, assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience assisting various officers in a fast-moving organization
- Comfortable in a small, fluid team environment and all the intensity and fun that comes with it
